Caring About Learning, Learning About Caring

  • PE and Sport Premium

This Primary PE and Sports Premium is an amount of money which the government has agreed to allocate to schools. The funding amount received by schools is based upon the number of children of primary age at the school (pupils in years 1 to 6). The Premium must be used to improve the quality of PE & Sports provision, and increase participation in physical exercise.

At Rosehill School, we have a Sports Coach with responsibility for developing sport and the effective use of the PE Premium. Together with our Senior Leadership Team, we strive to promote healthy and active lifestyles and aim to provide sporting opportunities for all our pupils. We welcome the additional funding, which will further enhance our provision and provide additional opportunities for increased participation.
