    Complaints Procedures 

    Under Section 29(1)(b) of the Education Act 2002, all maintained schools must publicise their complaints procedures on their website.

    Rosehill School aims to meet its statutory obligations when responding to complaints. We aim to resolve all complaints at the earliest stage and try to resolve any concerns or complaints by informal means wherever possible. Where this is not possible, formal procedures will be followed.
